Yes — every new member starts with a movement assessment and a coach-guided first session before joining any group class.
Single drop-in classes are available for visiting athletes. Members get priority booking, so we recommend reserving a spot a day ahead.
Mention it on your assessment form. Coaches regularly scale load and movement around joint issues.
Comfortable training clothes, closed-toe shoes, and a water bottle. We provide all equipment.
